We typically respond within 1–2 business days. Please include a brief description of the issue and, if helpful, which screen or feature you were using.
All of your financial data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to a server or the internet. Only you can access it.
Your Health Score is calculated from five dimensions: savings rate, emergency fund, debt-to-income ratio, net worth, and housing burden. The most common causes of a lower score are a small or missing emergency fund, a high debt-to-income ratio, or negative monthly cash flow. See the Help & Guide in Settings for a full breakdown of how each dimension is scored.
Your stage is determined automatically based on your financial data — it is not set manually. As your income, debts, savings, and expenses change, your stage will update accordingly. Enter accurate data and your stage will reflect your real situation.
After saving any data, the dashboard and roadmap recalculate automatically. Pull down on the Dashboard to refresh the display. If values still appear unchanged, make sure your entry was saved — look for a confirmation or check that the item appears in the list screen.
Tap the menu icon (≡) in the top-right corner of any screen to open the data menu. From there, select the category (Income, Expenses, Debts, Assets, etc.) to view, edit, or delete individual items.
Assets include things like savings accounts, vehicles, and real estate. Retirement balances (traditional 401(k)/IRA and Roth) are entered separately under the Retirement section in the data menu and are tracked individually so DatumPath can coach on Roth diversification and long-term projections.
Go to Settings → Reset All Data. This permanently deletes all stored data and returns the app to the initial setup screens. This action cannot be undone.
At this time, DatumPath is local-only and data does not transfer automatically between devices. If you restore your new iPhone from an iCloud or iTunes backup that includes the app, your data may be included in that backup. Optional cloud sync is planned for a future version.
No. DatumPath does not connect to any financial institution. All data is entered manually. This is by design — your credentials and account access are never requested or stored.
